Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive your digital return label.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact, and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service point or collection locker.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
